COVID-19 Information


New York State (where we are located) has issued a statewide closure of all non-essential businesses. Our main priority right now is the safety and health of our employees and customers. Prior to this announcement we took proactive measures to modify our work environment to comply with CDC recommendations. Due to the restrictions enacted by the state we are working with our team to ensure a clean and safe environment by limiting our facility access, enforcing social distancing, and working from home where permitted.

We will continue to ship product while adhering to all guidelines and recommendations from the CDC. Assuming the current state-wide closure does not change we will also focus our attention on shipping orders.

Any returns sent (per our returns guidelines) to us may experience a delay. Due to restrictions and social distancing requirements, retrieving our returns (which are sent to another location) has proven to be a challenge. We are working with local shipping couriers to retrieve returns in a timely and safe manor. If you sent in a product to be replaced you may wish to order an advance replacement instead of waiting for a repair/replacement. Please contact us to make arrangements.
