Seal It Up: Retrofit left the back side of your housings a bit open to the elements? These rubber housing caps may be the perfect solution to re-seal.
Sizing: Available in seven different diameters to fit the most common headlight flanges: 70/75/80/83/90/100/110mm internal diameter. We also have an all-in-one cap which is one solid piece with step-ups to each size (simply cut away the sizes you don't need). This range has steps at 70/75/80/85/90/95/100.
To Measure: Measure the outer diameter of your headlight's rear flange and select from the size menu above. If you're over by +3mm, we recommend going for the next size up and using a large zip tie to secure them. These caps do bend (for example an 83mm cap will fit over an 85mm opening)
Durable: Made of durable black rubber, they wont harden or crack over time through from hot and cold temperature changes. Ribbed inner ridge works to keep them fit snugly to the backside of the housing.
Sold as a Pair.

Fits Perfectly 2016 F150

I purchased the H11 putco silverlux lights for my low beam on a 2016 F150 (copper ribbon heat sink). I initially tried installing them with the factory dust boots and quickly realized they were not going to work. I ordered the 83mm and they offer the right amount of room and have a tight fit. For those looking to go through the wheel well when replacing bulbs you will not be able to with these dust boot covers as you need both hands and some leverage to get them on. Overall with the light installation it took me about an hour. Well worth the money and the piece of mind.
Simple, but effective.

I needed these because I changed over my halogen headlights to LED's on my 2015 F150 (83mm). The larger bulb assembly wouldn't let me use the factory rubber caps anymore causing condensation in my housing. I installed these and now they are sealed back up.
