Description
This wiring harness is designed for use with A-Pillar lights and is cut to length to ensure a perfect fit. We've made sure the power lead is long enough to reach factory auxiliary switches along with aftermarket switch systems anywhere in the engine bay.
Using DT style connectors (found on Baja Designs lights) this harness ensures a simple installation for your a-pillar lights.
There is both driver's side and passenger's side connection for each light. A weatherproof/heat shrinkable connector is pre-installed on the end of the wire (which will be crimped onto your OEM aux wires) along with a ground ring terminal.
Each side features a DT 4-pin connector which will provide power to the light + back-light control (commonly found on Baja Designs lights with back-lighting). The back-light wires are both tied together with 1 wire being left at the end to crimp onto your OEM aux wires.
This kit will utilize 2 of your OEM aux switches (1 for the lights, 1 for the back-light feature).
Note: The DT 4-pin connector is configured to be used with Baja Designs LP4, LP6 and LP9 (sport) lights. We don't recommend using this harness for LP9 Pro lights due to the amperage draw on LP9 Pro.
