Shipping & Returns
We ship within the United States and Canada only. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. International customers are responsible for all duty/import fees.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Free shipping promotions only qualify for items being shipped within the United only. Not all items are eligible. Should an item be ineligible we will contact you after your order is placed to make accomodations. It is at our discretion the method in which your item will be shipped.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Should the return not be a result of our error you will be responsible for shipping charges and insuring any items shipped to us.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. We do not accept returns without a pre-authorized RMA #. Any returns sent to us without a pre-authorized return # will be refused. Any returns sent to us without an RMA # clearly displayed on the packaging will also be refused. Returns must be sent in a shipping box. Any returns sent using the manufacturers box as the shipping box will be refused.
BAJA DESIGNS SATISFACTION GUARANTEED POLICY
Baja Designs gives you a full 30 days to test out your their new LED lights and if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back for an exchange or refund of the purchase price and applicable tax. Only available on LED auxiliary lights, LED light bars, and LED lighting accessories. Non LED products are covered by a 20 day return policy. If the product is returned it must be in "brand new" condition for resale at MSRP. Product that has been damaged in any way after the original purchase date will be excluded from this guarantee and a restocking fee will be applied. Products that have been installed and show any signs of wear/scratches/dirt will be excluded from this guarantee and a restocking fee will be applied.
