Description

Give that Bronco some much needed lighting with this Triple Fog Light Kit for the 2021+ Ford Bronco. We pair our KR Off-Road Triple Fog Light Brackets with your choice of three pairs of Diode Dynamics lights, for the ultimate fog light setup.

The KR Off-Road brackets are made out of 12 gauge stainless steel and are powder coated black. The bezel style/flush mount design gives that fog opening a finished look while giving you adjustability in where the lights aim.

Included are the following:

  • 1 Pair of KR Off-Road Triple Fog Light Brackets
  • 3 Pairs of Diode Dynamics Lights
  • Upfitter Wiring Harness (If you don't have upfitters we recommend an auxiliary switch panel)
  • Instructions
  • Our Lifetime Guarantee. For as long as you own your Bronco, if you manage to break/bend/destroy the KR Off-Road brackets we'll replace them free of charge (not including return shipping)

NOTE: The HD Modular Bumper uses a Torx Plus 40 (TP40) socket. Please do not use a Torx 40 (T40) socket (you could strip your bolts). Ford did not provide this bit in your tool set. They only provided a TP30 and TP50 bit. If you'd like to add-on a TP40 bit please click here.

HOW TO ORDER

First, you'll want to select your light choices from the drop-down. We allow you to select whatever combination of lights you want.

Second, select the wiring method you want to use

  • All-In-One Upfitter Harness: If your Bronco is equipped with the factory overhead switch panel select the All-In-One Upfitter Harness. Our all-in-one harness allows you to connect the three pairs of lights to 3 different upfitter switches. Ford has left the powered upfitter wires in your engine bay for you, so our harness simply crimps onto the existing Ford upfitter wires.
  • Bronco Raptor Harness: If you have a Bronco Raptor your kit will include 2 pairs of pigtails that utilize the factory wiring that went to the Rigid Fog Lights. One set go to the factory fog switch and the 2nd set go to Aux 1. There will be another harness included in your kit that will plug into the last pair of lights which will go to an upfitter switch.
  • Note: If your Bronco does not have the overhead upfitter switches it's recommended to select the "All-In-One Upfitter Harness" and purchase a 3rd party switch module (such as the AuxBeam system from our site). You can also install your own switches as well.

SS3 Backlit Upgrade: The SSC2 features an amber back-light (which is turned on from a separate switch). The SS3 are also available with this feature for a $40 upcharge. The included wiring harness has a 4th backlight control wire which you can wire to a 4th upfitter switch in your vehicle.

RECOMMENDATION #1 (Good Street Legal Setup)

  • SS3 Sport, White SAE Fog
  • SSC2 Sport, White Combo
  • SSC2 Sport, White Spot

SS3 Sport SAE Fog lights will give you a street legal output. These would act as your normal fog lights, which you can leave on all the time.
SSC2 Sport, Combo is equipped with both a wide/fog pattern and a spot pattern which provides a nice blend of light for both near field applications and distance lighting.
SSC2 Sport, Spot is a longer/narrower beam that focuses the light down the trail or road.

RECOMMENDATION #2 (Better Street Legal Setup)

  • SS3 Pro, White SAE Fog
  • SSC2 Pro, White Combo
  • SSC2 Pro, White Spot

The patterns in this setup are identical to Recommendation #1, however we're upgrading the lights from a Sport output to a Pro output, giving you more light.

RECOMMENDATION #3 (Best Street Legal Setup w/Most Output)

  • SS3 Max, White SAE Fog
  • SSC2 Pro, White Combo
  • SSC2 Pro, White Spot

This is similar to the setups above, but we're changing a few options.Going with the Max on the SS3 increases the output yet again.

SS3 Max SAE Fog lights will give you a street legal output. These would act as your normal fog lights, which you can leave on all the time.
SSC2 Pro, Combo is equipped with both a wide/fog pattern and a spot pattern which provides a nice blend of light for both near field applications and distance lighting.
SSC2 Pro, Spot is a longer/narrower beam that focuses the light down the trail or road.

RECOMMENDATION #4 (OUR Recommendation)

  • SS3 Max, White Combo
  • SSC2 Pro, White SAE Fog
  • SSC2 Pro, Yellow SAE Fog

This is our recommended setup. The combo light is a great light to light up everything as it consists of a driving and a flood pattern. Then we're going with fogs in white and yellow for that street legal use. One set of fogs in white is good for normal clear driving conditions while the 2nd set in yellow is better for bad weather (snow, rain, fog). If you want to save some money you can opt for the SS3 in Sport or Pro to save some money, but we do recommend the SSC2 stick with a Pro pattern to give you the most light output in that smaller footprint. Please note, on the SSC2 fogs, you will need to flip the bezel/lens around 180 degrees so that they sit right-side up. When doing this, there are 2 small indexing plastic tabs on the back of the lens you need to just trim off (these are used during production to aid in installation but you can simply trim them off with a knife).

SS3 OR SSC2 | SPORT VS PRO VS MAX
Many folks are curious what the differences are between the lights. Essentially it's the # of diodes and the light output.

  • SS3 vs SSC2: SS3 lights feature 4 diodes (2x2) whereas the SSC2 lights feature 2 diodes (1x2). The SSC2 also feature an amber back light as well. Available with your choice of lenses.
  • Sport vs. Pro vs. Max: This comes down to lumen (light output).
    • SS3 Sport: 2,262 lumen each (Yellow are 1,300 lumen each)
    • SS3 Pro: 5,796 lumen each (Yellow are 5,220 lumen each)
    • SS3 Max: 7,920 lumen each (White or Yellow)
    • SSC2 Sport: 1,130 lumen each (Yellow are 960 lumen each)
    • SSC2 Pro: 2,898 lumen each (Yellow are 2,610 lumen each)
